Wine and spring menu with Germany & Austria theme
Welcome to the wine tasting on 25 April at 19.00!
The wine tasting will be conducted by Nicklas Marklund who has experience in the restaurant industry and wine import for 20 years.
He will guide you through this tasting with 5 top wines from Germany and Austria. This through a fantastic fine menu that goes in the sign of spring.
Starter
Spring onion gravlax with smetana flavoured with Manchego cheese and watercress, topped with root vegetable chips.
Main course
Spring chicken with Bavarian mustard sauce, topped with smoked shredded pork belly, and rösti, garlic and carrots.
Dessert
Asparagus parfait with rhubarb compote.
Only 845:- per envelope.

For those of you who find it difficult to get to Dragsö, places are offered in a minibus and in a car from the water castle at Stortorget. First tour 18.30 and second tour 18.45, max 12 people/tour without any cost. Only car & bus place if you pre-registered to lars@havsviken.se. Return journey is at your own expense.
