In the middle of the historic environment on the island of Stumholmen in Karlskrona is the Swedish Naval Museum. Here, both young and old have the chance to experience the eventful history of the Swedish Navy in a place that is both beautiful and inspiring.
Take part in the museum's exhibitions, go on board the museum ships or join tours inside and outside the museum.
Marinmuseum welcomes groups of all sizes to the museum. Whether you are organizing a company outing or a gathering of friends and family, a guided tour at the Maritime Museum is a captivating experience.
During the museum's opening hours, guided tours are offered for groups of up to 50 people.

Join us on an exciting journey from the founding of the naval city of Karlskrona to the end of the Cold War! On this tour, we take a look at the Swedish Navy's five hundred year history from major politics to life below deck. You will see several hundred years old ship models, magnificent figureheads and real submarines. A visit on board the submarine Neptun is not included in the tour but can be done on your own afterwards. Time required: approximately 1 hour.
